Shipping policy

The current turnaround time is up to 6 working days before dispatch.

Working days are Mondays-Fridays & are subject to change on occasion. 

Orders will be shipped  using Royal Mail, or other carrier if it is a large order over 2kg. Shipping times depend upon service used, orders are sent using 1st or 2nd class mostly & these can vary from 1 working day to 3. This isn't guaranteed and around the holidays or due to covid, it can take longer.

 

Local Collection.

This option is for those local to Hull. I am in the HU9 area. This is for collection from my home & it is preferred if, once you have received your ready for collection email, that you make contact to ensure a good time. Orders must be collected no later than 7.30pm.

 

Destinations.

We currently only ship within the UK (including Northern Ireland & the Isle of Man).

 

Royal Mail.

Please allow 10 working days from the date of your dispatch email for your order to arrive. Once your order leaves me, I am unable to affect the delivery of your order & I must wait the designated length of time before i make contact with Royal Mail. A parcel will not be classed as lost, by Royal Mail, until this time frame has passed. Therefore, we do kindly ask that you allow for this time before contacting us, but be rest assured, if your order is lost, we will swiftly deal with the matter.
